Put the wrong size brake pads on my vehicle. Took it to my dealer after my car started making strange noises after visiting Grease Monkey for a brake pad change. Dealer told me the pads were USED & the wrong size... There was rotor damage that needed to be fixed. Grease Monkey told me if I brought the used parts in, they would reimburse me for my trip to the dealer. They lied.
I would give them 0 stars if possible. I went to get my front breaks replaced May 11th, 2020. They worked fine but over time didn’t work as well and were making noises when I applied the break. I took it to a large dealership on 9/10/2020 and was told that Grease Monkey put the incorrect pads in and that they needed replaced and my rotors needed resurfaced. Tyler, the manager was super nice ordering a part for me and getting it the same day! They went out of their way to make sure all my questions were answered. I liked that they were friendly to me and made suggestions on help with my car. They didn't hurry which made me feel like they were being careful. Very nice work! I will definitely be back and refer people there.
Fist I had to wait until they got and oil filter. As I was checked out I informed the installer that the oil light had not been reset and he told me I need to take it to the dealership. I say no I’m paying you to do a job. So after mess up all my settings including the radio it was reset It coat too much to have rude and poor customer service.
Very nice staff! Talk to me with respect and explain my car to me. I’ve been going to Tires Plus for years and their customer service is complete garbage now. I will be coming here moving forward specifically because of how well I was treated! 😁👍🏻

Had always been a fan until my experience today. I hope your company isn’t encouraging the mechanics to put your dip stick in old oil and claim you need an engine flush, that even after you decline three times they add to your bill. Never seen any of the staff that were there today before, get the old guys back or you will likely lose business.
