Every service I have ever gotten has been well explained, thorough, efficient, and straight forward. I really appreciate the service they give, and highly recommend to anyone.
Luckily, I got there before it got busy. I got my oil changed super fast. They showed me one of my belts that was wearing down, they said it wasn't going to break that day, but that I should consider fixing it soon. I had no clue it was so worn down. They didn't have high pressure sales tactics, so I decided to change it.
This team knows what they are doing. My service guy was very knowledgeable and professional.
Jose went above and beyond fixing and changing my oil and maintenance to my car. I will recommend Great Monkey to all my family and friends. Great job! Thank you!

Do not get any service work done at this location. I did twice and the work was not done correctly. the first time I had front pads installed on my 99 Olds Alero and they did not install the anti rattle clips after taking it back to get corrected I was told that they though that they could get away without installing them. I did understand that because I have done that before. But they charged me the same amount (over $200.00) to install the clips so a simple brake job cost over $400.00 This year one of my belts broke and th... read more
This is probably the best, quick maintenance experience I've had with servicing my car. Recommendations made, but not too high pressure. Good explanations of services. I'll definitely be back.
The guys at Grease Monkey are awesome. I'm so glad I went to them. Not only did they do the full service oil change, but they were also really helpful in explaining things to me an just had great service in general.
Very friendly staff and prompt service. I went to get an oil change and was informed about using the high mileage oil to keep my vehicle running at an efficient level. Being a first time car owner, I haven't been to many shops but this on I plan on revisiting for a long time. Thanks you guys!
