This is not a location I will be returning to. With so many other locations, I feel it is in my best interest to find another Grease Monkey to have do the work. Don't need to pay for a service and be treated with disrespect.
This is the WORST business I have ever had the misfortune of working with. I was recommended by a friend to check this place out because they "supported" the military. I watched in horror as the fu#k*d up my car. Then, if that wasn't bad enough, they then fired a diabled veteran who had been working for them for four years as well as a single mom of the military. I have been using this center for over 15 years servicing six of my cars. They have been nothing but professional and courteous. Both Pat and his manager Randy are local guys who both went to North High and are extremely active in the community. I know both of them from church, little league, and the YMCA. Tom and his staff are second to none when it comes to servicing and maintaining your vehicle. They are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and very efficient. Why take your vehicle anywhere else?
WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS "BUSINESS" @THIS GUY IS A CON ARTIST. I wish I had read your review BEFORE I went in as a first time customer. IF I had maybe I wouldn't of been so outrageously treated as to cause me to vow I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS "BUSINESS".
10/10/2012: DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! Took car in for oil change. Little did I know, BIG MISTAKE! 10/02/12 full service oil change. 10/05/12 my car overheated, I pulled over and opened the hood to come to find radiator cap was not put back on... and over filled my engine oil by 2 quarts. 10/09/12 diagnosis from Subaru dealer BLOWN HEAD GASKET! I commute about 15 miles each way back and forth to work 5 days a week I have done so in this car for a little over a year, kept up on scheduled maintenance and NEVER had any problem ... read more
