This place is just ripping people off today, others had issues too! Went to get a regular oil change and they had me pay $100 for synthetic that wasn’t asked for!!
They were very nice and seemed very knowledgeable. However, when I was checking out, they said they had some issues with the lugnuts and couldn’t rotate the tires. Ya know what, no problem, the rotation was a bonus. What they didn’t tell me is that they didn’t tighten the lugnuts. Now I find myself in the middle of Kansas with missing lugnuts.
This Location lacks a senior manager. The crew working today are young and have Little to no direction. My truck has been in the bay for Oil change for over An hour with 1 guy trying to figure out how to remove oil plug The facility is dirty. The lobby has not been cleaned for some time The crew has no energy and just Kind of in slow motion on everything I have been here for an hour and half and they are still trying to get Oil plug out And the filters off This Location Needs A LOT OF HELP
I had an amazing experience at this grease monkey! I showed up, unbeknownst to me, on customer appreciation day. They had a whole set up and little to no wait time. I just needed an oil change nothing fancy but was treated so well. The service was quick. Everyone was in great spirits and really gave me a new experience with grease monkey that I didn’t have in the past at other locations. Highly recommend these guys regardless of the day I came. 5stars!
