I was having a terrible day (mainly having to do with other vehicle shops) and they completely turned my day around. They all were so welcoming and thoroughly explained everything they did to my car and where each dollar of my bill came from. I had at least 5 different people have genuine conversations with me and made me feel like more than just an average customer. Pedro and his team took very good care of me and my car and I absolutely will be coming back!
The Manager does a great job , making sure I was informed of issues that I need to address. And the shop gets things done in a timely fashion. That’s why I’m a repeat customer.
I stopped into Grease Monkey today on a whim. The were extremely friendly. They discussed every step of the services with me. I highly recommend them.
