Doing a renewal always feels daunting, but the staff were kind and seemed eager to help. I was greeted when I pulled up and advised on the process. I waited about 25 minutes in the waiting room while my emissions was done. The TV was a bit loud, the odd assortment of chairs filled up quickly with other customers, and I couldn’t but notice all the dead flies in the ceiling lights. The guy that helped us was very nice he was respectful, he treated. My kids very nice. It was very helpful in everything that we needed. His name was Pedro.
Just got my emissions done again at Grease Monkey. Every time the service is super friendly, they are quick and they always take care of my car! Special shoutout to Pedro for making my trip for emissions such a pleasant experience! They will be doing my oil changes and emissions from here on out.

The mechanics are nice. They didn't talk down to me. They only do what you tell them to do. I did not feel pressured to do anything.
