The service here was amazing! From start to finish by far the most friendly, professional, and knowledgeable staff. The lobby was clean and inviting. They were very busy, but quick in their work. I observed several interactions with other customers while I waited and could not be more impressed!

Thanks to the AMAZING CREW and MANAGEMENT at grease monkey in u village. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that all was taken care of for two vehicles. These guys are professional, polite, kind and honest. Hard to come by these days. It was refreshing to see such amazing customer service. Came here on a recommendation and am really happy I did. Would recommend to anyone and everyone. Thank you to the crew and Mike the owner.
I've never felt like I was being pressured or oversold on something because I am a woman. They take the time to go over everything they checked. One time I came in for an oil change and they told me that it was still full and I didn't need one and still topped it off without charging me. They're really the best and even though I no longer live as close, I won't go to any other place.

I originally chose this Grease Monkey as it was most convenient when I moved to WA, but I would never consider going elsewhere! They're amazing. I even bring my boyfriend's car in so he won't to his usual place. I love the guys here and will always recommend them!
