Update: the owner reached out today and apologized both for my experience and for the way I was treated. Instead of offering a refund or future credit, he sent a generous gift card to a local restaurant with the understanding that I may not want to return to Grease Monkey. While he is correct about me not returning to the car wash, his response was heartening and we may consider them for an oil change or such. Every time I go in to Greese Monkey I am treated with the utmost respect. The service is beyond excellence. You can't go wrong.
We were on a cross-country road trip and Grease Monkey was conveniently located just off the interstate. The staff were all very professional and the manager, Cody, was attentive. The shop was clean. We were offered complimentary beverages during our service. We were fully educated on our options. While it’s not a “quick” oil change, it was thorough!
I will return to Laramie Grease Monkey for the pure fact someone sat down with me and went over everything!!! I didnt have to ask. This was a courtesy they do anyway! I can see my car the entire time they work on it!! The customer service is excellent!!!
Had great service! All services were explained to me, with no pressure add them. But I had the works done, including a chip repair, all done within the hour. Thank you for your timely, courteous service!
