the Mgr was great. the ast mgr dismissed me as if I was nothing & continued as FBI wasnt there & when I confronted the mgr & the asst after the asst talking shouting me to his face he was told to do something else & I dealt with the mgr. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE PERIOD!
What a great experience. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy. Bryant let me know of issues but didn’t push to up sell. Now my car is running like it’s brand new. Thanks guys!
Oil started leaking out of oil filter. Didn’t put O-ring in right. Could happen to anyone but not an oil n lube place. As long as they fix it.
