Very dissatisfied. All most a week after our agent receives inspection report that we had limited time to act on (apparently he just sat on the report not doing anything for almost a week) he finally sends me an email saying "Do you have this? Did we go through this?" Unbelievable! Then the day of closing (actually just one hour before closing) get an email saying my agent will not be there but someone else from select homes would be there if i had any questions with no further explanation.. The dedication has been phenomenal. – In May, we contacted their office in reference to finding a home in Wichita. At that time, we were assigned to agent Brian Brundage. Since that time, Brian's dedication to helping us has been phenomenal. He has kept us updated on properties via e-mail and called to check on the progress of selling our house in Oklahoma on a regular basis. I loved our buyer's agent. – I loved our buyers agent Karen, she was awesome and walked up through the process. She treated us with a warm caring attitude that made us very comfortable. We were buying a home 2-1/2 hours away from where we lived. We had really no experience to draw on and Karen was great, explaining the differences and concerns we needed to have going into the purchase. Thanks! – Jeremy, I wanted to thank you and the Mike Grbic team for quick sell of my home on Glendale st. considering the house next door took over a year to sell I was expecting at least 6 months considering economic factors.
