Dr. B as she is called was terrible. Appointments with her are rushed. She does not communicate very well or explain her recommendations. She has horrible bedside manner. She mistakenly classified me as having a chronic condition when it was attributable to an acute illness. I once went in to see her for a sinus infection and left with a prescription for 6 different medications some of which did not interact well together. A train wreck since the first appointment, I stuck with her for two years trying to give her the benefit of the doubt but here I am searching for a new doctor. Her and her office staff lack communication big time whether it be a message on the mercy message board or returning calls, requests aren’t completed in a timely fashion, and she’s always running late to see patients. I’ve waited in the waiting room for up to 30 minutes for my allotted appointment time. She’s a last resort type of doctor.
I have been going to this doctor for a few years and am changing asap.. I agree with the other reviewer with being judged. She rushes you gave memeds that counteract each other. I had a bad feeling about 2 different rx and looked up interaction and boy it was as scary... I went in for blood work results only to be be asked why are you here today? Isn't that your JOB to prepare for your day. She's aloof and cold..
Will never go back there. Horrible service. Had an appointment at 3....still wasn't seen at 4. I ended up walking out
I am quite sure that she is very knowledgeable and knows her stuff pretty well, but she is terrible at communicating it. She does not explain things well at all and I often felt like I was being judged. I have never had a problem with a doctor, but I dislike this one so much that I am switching to a different primary care provider. I think her staff is great though!
