Tried to get Medicine after she has said if ever needed a Medicine just call.Called 3 times no response.Nurse final called and said would give dr the request and didn't hear back went to office and they said would call back again still no response.Dr is very irresponsible about filling prescriptions doesn't respond to patients. Doctor has an attitude problem with patients. Very dissatisfied with service.
I have see Dr B multiple times. She is always kind and listens to my concerns. Points me in the right direction with my medical concerns.
Dr. B is very blunt and even was even rude with with me. She will not give referrals unless you come into see her. The wait time to get in to see her is also too long so most of the time I have to go to immediate care.
I’ve been seeing Dr B now for a few years. She does not listen to concerns and will not help with mental health issues. Her staff doesn’t fully read messages and responds with short, unhelpful responses. Dr B is always late to apts even tho she will only spend a few moments with each patient. She also tried to talk me out of a surgery a week before my surgery was scheduled to happen.
I am impressed with Dr. Bistriceanu and appreciated that she listened to my concerns and came up with a treatment plan.
Didn’t like her at all. Went for a pre-op because my primary doc is out on leave. Won’t go back. Didn’t like her style at all. Then, she added another blood test AFTER I’d already had blood drawn, refusing to ok surgery until I got this new test, which has nothing to do with the surgery.
Dr B has been my primary physician for over 8 years. She has helped identify, Osteoarthritis, Hashimoto Thyroid, and GERD all of which I did not know about before I started seeing her. She has also been so helpful in treating me for anxiety and depression. She is one of the only doctors I've seen that actually reviews my medical and family history prior to my appointment. I have always had good experiences with her. She is caring and compassionate, and has steered me in the right direction with my healthcare.
My family has an extensive history of thyroid conditions, so when I unexpectedly lost over 20 pounds in 6 months. Dr. B only tested my TSH levels, which came back normal, so she just referred me to a dietician. Even though I already told her multiple times my diet and appetite have not changed. The dietician was more concerned about my thyroid than she was, and she had to ask Dr. B to run more tests for me. Dr. Bistriceanu is does not respect her patients as individuals with their own experiences and feelings. I am writing this review because of a story my father just told me about an encounter with her and it reminded me of my experience with her when I was 21. My father started experiencing intense vertigo out of the blue. He visited Dr. Bistriceanu to find out what was wrong - during the process she made the tasteless joke that "it might be a brain tumor".
