First of all this was my first and last time at this restaurant, from the service to the food this restaurant underperforms. Having to ask for something multiple times and not receiving it is unacceptable, all the while the restaurant was under capacity. The servers Knowledge of the menu was disappointing, I asked for each thing I ordered if the menu had a complete list of toppings. This is my favorite restaurant in the world! No lie! To qualify that, I’ve lived all over and I’m fat! I have created a tradition of dining at this spot! Love it!
Sad to say but if it’s a Friday night and you have a crowded restaurant that should be a good thing right? Not so much here. Waited 40 mins for the “starter”, another 20 for the burger (fries delivered 10 mins before) then another 10 to get our ticket. Maybe going on a Tue night might be better?
We had our 10 year anniversary celebration in the back patio area on April 7th. If we could give this place 10 stars, we would. Grayze was the perfect spot for our reception. For starters, the food and drinks were amazing! We had a family style menu. Our family and friends could not stop raving about every dish, but especially the grilled cheese, barbecue sliders, brussel sprouts, mac n cheese, and fries. Phenomenal! Jordan made the whole experience fun, fresh, and didn’t sway from a crazy bunch of ladies. Outside seating was perfect and the food was absolutely delish!
