The customer service during my visit was alright but after the fact and dealing with the manager was a nightmare. I am not going back to this location under any circumstances and will probably avoid the dealership altogether. I'll find a better mechanic who won't jack my stuff up and then insist it was already a problem before I came in. In the end, no resolution and I am definitely ex customer.
I came to Grayson Subaru with reasonable expectations. My car’s air conditioning had a few issues that needed some attention, but it was still fully functional. After they installed a new AC control panel, I drove away in 90+ degree heat with no working AC because they had drained the refrigerant and didn’t bother refilling it. The visit itself was fine.
