This is a special group of people with all star creativity and they go above and beyond for their clients.
Freelancers/Contractors Avoid: We discussed working on a project together, I mentioned numerous times (via phone & email) my project fee is upfront, then decided to pull out after I sent the invoice and said they would pay when the work is done. Industry standard is to pay 50% down or all upfront via an agreement that both parties sign. Based upon seeing their Glassdoor reviews other employees experienced a toxic work environment.
