The issue they “resolved”, and charged more than initially quoted, re-occurred a month later. They would not provide any pricing leniency to account for this. We have this sink drain backup issue annually. hydro jetting the pipes is the remedy and it always is good for a year. Used Grayson because of the lower price and the work they did lasted a month and a half. I will be going back to our old vendor.
Working with Grayson and Jeremy was an excellent decision. Great communication, prompt responses, incredibly capable, and reasonable prices. Would definitely work with them again.
