I had the pleasure of working with Grayson Sewer and Drain Services recently for a catch basin repair and fixing some broken pipes and I couldn't be more impressed. My grandmother needed work asap. Jeremy was able to check things out in less than an half hour. He was informative and easy to talk to. The work ended up being a big job but it was worth it. Everything was done in a timely manner and my grandmother was pleased. I would definitely recommend this company to others.
The issue they “resolved”, and charged more than initially quoted, re-occurred a month later. They would not provide any pricing leniency to account for this. We have this sink drain backup issue annually. hydro jetting the pipes is the remedy and it always is good for a year. Used Grayson because of the lower price and the work they did lasted a month and a half. I will be going back to our old vendor.

Jeremey, the owner, is so nice and follows through on his commitment. We had come back home from a 2 month trip to many dead drain flies in our basement. After many calls to various plumbing companies, he was the one who committed to come out the soonest. They scoped our sewer like and we saw a lot of roots and sitting sedament.
