People who work in the health care industry should have a high level of compassion and concern for patients and their families. The blatant disrespect from Kia at Grayson Primary Care is an absolute disgrace. My Dad should not have to change his Dr. (whom he loves) because of a front desk representative who can't seem to separate her "hood" mentality from a professional business setting. We will be contacting BBB. Enough is enough.
I called and asked to get an appointment for my husband at 8:30am. They told me to come in at 9:30 BC he was so sick and vomiting. I get there to only find out they had put me down for an appointment for the following Friday. What!? Why would I agree to an appointment 4 days later when someone is throwing up every 5 minutes. Then they didn't offer to see him while we were already there. Ridiculous! I'll never attempt to try and use such incompetent services again in my life.
I love Dr. Sharma! She always makes me feel better just by being around her. I highly recommend her if you don't already have a general physician!
Dr."V". Is a blessing for our community. His expertise saved me on my very first visit with him. I have always had regular routine check ups with doctors and not one notice a knot on my neck or listen to my common complaints. Dr."V" did.Just one look he knew immediately that I had a Thyroid issue.Neitherless to say,He saved me.I am forever grateful.
Love them and Dr. Sharma. Would recommend Grayson Primary to anyone.
