The office staff always goes out of their way to get us in when we are sick. Vickie and Dr. Sharma are a great team! They never rush through appointments and ensure that we are comfortable! Can’t imagine going anywhere else!
Dr. V and his nurse are awesome. His nurse is friendly every time I’m in there and they actually take the time to listen! The office is always nice and clean too.
Dr V and his nurse are amazing. They take the time to listen to you and really care. It's not rushed in and out visits. We were truly blessed to find them. HOWEVER, the receptionist that also handles all billing is rude and snotty. She does not do her job, she does not listen or try to help patients. She's too busy talking about her personal life. I have been going to Dr. Vladescu for a few years now and I absolutely love the care and concern that he always shows me. Norma (nurse) is also a sweetheart! I never feel rushed and they take time to explain things as well as listen to my concerns about my health and wellness. I highly recommend Dr. V to anyone looking for a primary care doctor!

I have NEVER had a problem with my experiences at Grayson Primary Care. Dr Sharma is the best Dr. I have ever had. She is compassionate, listens to not only what is going on health wise but also interested in your life! Takes her time with you unlike most Dr's who just rush you out! Can't say enough about Vicky either, she is same way! Love them to death!!
Kia is a very unprofessional customer service representative. She should not have direct contact with customers. She's unpleasant and very arrogant. I continued my care at Grayson Primary because I am pleased with Dr. V, but her continual mistreatment and obvious lack of correction has caused me to consider making a switch. She has a very mean vibe and disposition, it comes out in how she deals with customers. I am awaiting a call from the office manager to see how things will be handled.
