The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I had not been to Dr. Grayson in some years. I called before 9:00am and he answered the phone. When I called he answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. He immediately said that I could come in that same day. He was upbeat and very accomodative. I knew I could always count on him. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. His full attention is always on me. He never has been late to any of my appointments. Did this provider exaggerate his/her or abilities? No, they went above and beyond what they told me they could do Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable.

I have been going to Dr. Grayson for some time. He is very knowledgable and polite. Usually one or two visits do the trick. I recommend him highly he is personable, knowledgable ,and reliable.
