I purchased a new Palisade from Grayson. It was raining when I bought it. After getting home I found some scratches on the passengers side. I called Nick, the manager and he put me in touch with Dave. I can't say enough about the outstanding customer service I received. Dave is knowledgeable about everything in and outside a vehicle. I would recommend Dave to family and friends.
We are very satisfied with the mechanical and body work done to our Ascent at Grayson Subaru. Paint matches perfectly. Shop foreman kept us abreast of the progress in a timely manner and always responded to our calls/e-mails.
The staff here seem to be very nice and responsive to the customer. However, they could be more timely with the insurance company so repairs are not dragged out. More importantly, my car was not completely fixed for which they deny responsibility. The cameras are misaligned, the blind spot detection does not work and the parking button is malfunctioning. Took my car in after a minor accident. Had a new headlight put in. It is different than the other side, it’s very bright and shines in the windows of cars in front of me. Also it gets water in it when it rains. After taking it back in several times I was told this is the way it is supposed to be to be. Made to get water in it and the light is brighter because it’s newer. I can pay for another light for the other side for 150$ if I want them to match. They were awful. They kept on saying two more weeks. Two more weeks ended up being 3 months. The vehicle was only 5 years old, should not have been difficult to get parts. The manager was rude and disrespectful. Would not return calls. Set a poor example for his staff. Do not take your car there!
