Dave was awesome to work with! They got my car fixed 2 weeks before I thought it was going to be and it looks perfect! They matched my Brooklyn gray perfect!

This place is exemplary in horrible customer service. If there was a minus score I would give it. They took my car to only start working on it about 1.5 months and give it back in nearly 4 . They don’t communicate and when u call their employees are either on sick leave or out of the office . Their front desk is very rude and sometimes will hang up deliberately on you . My experience with Grayson Body Shop has reached a point where I’m preparing to involve state regulators and local media. My vehicle is being held even though I never signed a repair authorization, never approved any work, and was given an invoice marked PAID with a zero balance. Despite that, the shop is still demanding money to release my car. Under Tennessee law, a repair facility cannot charge the owner or claim a lien without a signed authorization. I made an appointment two weeks ago to have my car looked at for repairs, and the entire experience has been incredibly frustrating. When I arrived, they had no record of my appointment at all. It immediately felt disorganized, like no one really knew what was going on. They briefly looked at my car and told me they would call me once the parts came in.
