Enter at your own risk. Be prepared for the worst customer service experience you can imagine. After 5 weeks, the car had not moved. Can you imagine anyone that deals with customers telling a customer: “What do you want me to do, I did not get in the accident?” My response- I towed the car to a real collision center at my expense so I do not ever have to walk in that place again.

I recently had repairs done at Grayson and worked with Dave Fennell. He was extremely helpful, answered all of my questions, and ensured my car was completed as quickly as possible!

I purchased a new Palisade from Grayson. It was raining when I bought it. After getting home I found some scratches on the passengers side. I called Nick, the manager and he put me in touch with Dave. I can't say enough about the outstanding customer service I received. Dave is knowledgeable about everything in and outside a vehicle. I would recommend Dave to family and friends.

We are very satisfied with the mechanical and body work done to our Ascent at Grayson Subaru. Paint matches perfectly. Shop foreman kept us abreast of the progress in a timely manner and always responded to our calls/e-mails.

The staff here seem to be very nice and responsive to the customer. However, they could be more timely with the insurance company so repairs are not dragged out. More importantly, my car was not completely fixed for which they deny responsibility. The cameras are misaligned, the blind spot detection does not work and the parking button is malfunctioning.
