Great service and very friendly staff, have used them for years and have always been very happy. Would recommend them to anyone.
My snow thrower (purchased from Grayslake Power a few years ago) was picked up for a simple tune up over a month ago. The unit has not been worked on, and when it would be worked on wasn't mentioned. I'm paying the pickup and delivery fee to get my unit back and will make the time to service the unit myself. This is a huge disappointment, considering how long I've done business with them. Something has changed and it isn't for the better.
