I never leave google reviews but had to this time. I made an appointment with Gray’s Hair studio last week to have my hair styled for a family photo shoot today. Time and day was confirmed over the phone and yesterday I received a reminder and confirmation text message. I showed up at the salon on time and waited and waited but the door didn’t open and the hair stylist was nowhere to be seen. I tried calling, emailing Gray but to no avail. She stood me up. This was my first haircut in a few years, and I'm so glad I trusted Gray with my hair. It really didn't seem like she took that much hair off, but it made a huge difference in the way my hair looks and feels. Also, much easier to detangle my curls and much less hair in the brush. She always has great advice for your haircare and very friendly service.
Gray is truly an artist with hair. Not only did she repair my post Covid hair that I tried to color mysel but also the cut she gave was amazing!!!
Hands down the most wonderful person #1 is Gray and #2 she is passionate, extremely professional, trained, uses great product, and best yet, she listens and does a wonderful job always - for me and my friends! Cannot say enough how comfortable she makes me, and I leave always so grateful to know Gray, but to be graced by her fab services!
