Well his staff and knowledge of all aspects of diesel performance is great and has never left me hanging when i needed parts late at night or when i needed somthing done to one of my trucks
Purchased my 2005 Excursion in Tampa on July 5th, drove it straight to Gray's due to horrible vibration. Found out ring and pinion shot, heads were leaking,etc. Had Brian order a Ford reman short block, heads reman and reassemble. Studded motor, had them upgrade exhaust, SCT tuner with SRL tune, Edge monitoring, did the coolant filter upgrade, etc. Picked up my truck, I love it! took my2011 ford 250 diesel in because of an antifreeze leak. agreed to pay $90 to test for leak. line was leaking under engine that goes to turbo. was quoted $740 to repair. Way out of line. Had the repair done at garber ford for $490 Gray's diesel was, $250 more than the ford dealership. Also the $90fee they charged ended up being closer to $110 by adding "shop supplies" All told it cost me $360 more than if I had just taken it to the ford dealer. WOW!
Took our service truck there this morning around 9am and had the water pump and radiator replaced, got a call at 4 saying it was ready to be picked up! Will definitely be going back, Brian is professional and accurate on his quotes!
I got an EFILIVE tune from Grays. Straight up Awesome!!
