I just moved into this awesome apartment! Jenna is Amazing! She welcomed me and my fur baby! She has really made it feel like Home! The guys do amazing work keeping the grounds looking great! I am so very happy that I decided to choose Graymere! I call my little place "My very own Suite"!! I look forward to settling in and enjoying the pool and hot tub soon!! Thank you Jenna!! You are AMAZING!!

It's the worst place I've ever lived. I don't know how this place has such good ratings. The place is very outdated, and for $1,100/month you'd think you'd be getting something a lot nicer. Neighbors are loud, there's never any parking, there's no light fixtures in the living room and bedrooms, so you gotta use lamps, which is ridiculous. I would have never rented a place here if I knew how they really looked. When I went to check them out, they showed us a "model" apartment. I will be moving to Graymere the end of May but let me tell you about Jenna, she was so sweet to me and greeted me with a smile. She told me everything I needed to know and showed me around the complex. Jenna made me feel welcomed as I came through the door and when I left gave me a hug and told me welcome to Graymere, from that moment I knew I was welcomed. You don't find too many genuine people like Jenna around anymore! I would definitely recommend anyone to Graymere!! Way to go Jenna and again Thank You �
I lived there for a year without one problem. It's a quiet place to stay, I never had any encounters with anyone the whole time I lived there. While living there I went through a breakup and my ex girlfriend [who was on the lease] moved out, as staff in the leasing office were kind and helpful throughout the whole process...Jenna is the most understanding and encouraging person I know. A few weeks ago I lost power one night. The next morning I got a call from the manager Jenna. She had some bad news. It would be a few weeks before I would have power back. She said what can she do to help me. Not once did I have to ask what are you going to do. Jenna and her team called later that day. To make a long story short,she got another apartment ready for me to move into. I all settled and I am happy. I can't say enough about Jenna and her team. I plan on staying here for a long time. Thanks again Jenna.
At first I was not happy with the people in the office of this Apartment Complex, but today the Manager came to my home and explained to me the things that were never explained before. I am very happy with my Apartment, and was at first disappointed in the Management. They have changed Management, and it appears they really want to have a happy community here.
