Grayce Chapman salon did my hair and makeup for my wedding. I had 3 trials prior to my wedding day to perfect the look and style that I wanted which was comforting to know I was getting exactly what I wanted! The salon also did the hair and makeup for my bridal party and my mom - 10 women in total! They did an amazing job - they even came to my bridal “suite” at the belhurst castle and showed up super early since it was an early wedding and made sure they finished with plenty of time for pre-wedding photos. I can’t say enough good things about this salon. First off, all of the ladies are wonderful human beings and very talented in their own right. Lauren has been doing my color for about 2 years now whenever I come home for a visit, and each time it has come out just as I had hoped, usually better. Staff is time oriented, not task oriented. The beautician was friendly, knowledgable, very accommodating to my pickiness, and really nailed the color I was looking for, but did not complete what I wanted out of my appointment. I wanted a dye and trim... I really, really appreciated her taking the time to find the perfect color for me... that was amazing customer service! However, while having my hair dried by two people to get it done quicker, a little less than 40 minutes to closing, she said she would not have time to trim... read more

We spoke to the stylist and she said that due to a change in the clients desired color outcome, the color service ran longer and the cut had to be rescheduled. I must say..... this Salon is amazing! The treatment they give when I get my hair done makes me feel so special and the outcome is always Fabulous! Lauren does amazing with color. Everyone should go see for yourself And get the special pampering for we all deserve. �
