I went to urgent care yesterday and saw Justin markey (not sure on spelling) he was short with me. Rude. Acted like he was in a hurry. Didn't care. And acted like I was lying about what I was feeling. As if I wanted to go to urgent care and hang out there I DIDNT!! And I didn't feel well and he acted as if I was faking it! Absolutely unprofessional and he should not work in the medical field! I do work in the medical field and I would never treat anyone the way he treated me! I would not recommend him!
Biggest peeve. The Radiology Department 1. Why a walk in have to wait for 2 hrs when a Dr. put in the order. 2. It was FREEZING IN THE OFFICE! 3.The sick should be separated from the well.
Dr Tordilla & his stall are excellent, been a patient of his for over 12 years & can't find a better dr.
I would have given it ZERO stars but that's not an option. Graybill is terrible. Their customer service is horrid, they send you on a wild goose chase with any referrals. It's a nightmare. Their contracted partners are not any better. No respect for patients - their medical concerns or that their time is just as valuable as a doctor's time. Ridiculous. Open enrollment can't get here soon enough. Would not recommend this medical group to anyone.

Always receive prompt attention. 2nd visit to Radiology, they are very efficient and helpful. Also have had pleasant experiences with Graybill's Urgent Care. � �
