Great staff that was helpful and courteous - nice amenities, and this was one of the few places in West Yellowstone that had a gym, even if basic, and we enjoyed that! Other perks like a great breakfast spread, cookies and treats in the evenings, beverages available all day... all made for a great experience while we were experiencing Yellowstone and Grand Teton!
The rooms are just ick. Old and beat up, dingy bathrooms, rugs, and walls. Small rooms. Breakfast was gross, we ate microwave oatmeal packets most days. The one upside was the ability to do laundry but the rooms were not great to come “home” to. Location was right by the gate to Yellowstone.
This was a solid place to stay at West Yellowstone. The staff was always helpful, breakfast was adequate, and the location is walkable and close to the Yellowstone Entrance. We had a kitchen suite with a full size refrigerator / dishwasher / stove and a nice bed to sleep in. The hotel had moments of chaos when tour buses would arrive or leave.
