Attended the IDEA fitness conference this weekend and had the pleasure of hearing Doug Gray speak three different times. I feel like this should be the industry standard - and There should be a Gray Summit to go to! Fantastic workshops - learned more about all planes of motion and was amazed how the Lunge Matrix and Cervical Matrix works exactly as he said and demonstrated. Well done.
