I really appreciate your way of education, including the possibility to access the study materials in advance and this way get ready for the live lessons. Last weekend I attended the CAFS course. I was already amazed by the videos you have prepared to study in advance, these were followed by the live course and the teaching by Paul Edmondson was great! He gave exactly the amount of information needed, there was nothing missing, and it was not too much. Moreover, it was fun! I am grateful for all that I have learned and will use the information every day!
I have been teaching Pilates and Dance and Corrective Exercise for over 30 years.
