As a concrete contractor but a DIY home builder, I was introduced to Gray Hodges (West Knoxville location) by a spec home builder friend. He has used them for years with all positive feedback. We shopped everywhere looking for cabinets/plumbing supplies and nobody could beat the quality, pricing (when comparing apples to apples) or the outstanding service. I will never shop at Grey Hodges again!!!! First, they want to charge 3%for using your credit card. Second, if the product needs to be returned they charge you 25% to return. And third, I found out too late that I could’ve bought the exact same thing on Amazon for $50 cheaper. So they have no customer loyalty and they do everything to grab every penny from you do not go there for anything. Truck driver review: the docks are a bit tight with a sleeper, but doable. Had just enough room in the back to spin around. The gentleman in receiving was very pleasant and helpful, which earned 5 stars from me 👍 Gated entrance. There’s a small Pilot a mile down the road, but that fills up pretty quickly.

Never been here but best friends work here so it’s alright place I reckon also I’m leaving a three star cause y’all didn’t have any so yay me. However, come check this place out. Best place ever!!!
