RecommendedMy mother and I went in today to trade my car in , from cartersville Ga . We weren’t going in with high hopes because we’ve been to multiple dealerships who’ve told us no . had appointment today for the buy back event. and sales staff was rude and didn't even try to help me trade since I just bought my car 3 months ago. even after talking with dealership prior to going in.
They changed my oil in my car and left the washer fluid cap loose and it fell off and shredded my alternator belts and next day found out it blew up my A/C. Was told manager would call he never did and I didn’t even get an apology or anything for al the trouble THEY caused! My husband went to complain and he did get 2 free oil changes( last one went so well) Pick my car up the second time... had grease on my leather seats! Very unhappy with the management at this dealership! They need a lesson in customer service!
