I had a very small issue, just needed my dryer vent cleaned out and re-connected. Came out, did it, took pictures during every step of the process. Very happy.
Friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable. I would recommend their company to anyone.
UPDATE (July 9, 2025): After posting the review below, the business owner escalated the situation by leaving a 1-star Google review on the page of my employer — a completely unrelated business. In that review, he made false claims about my conduct and advised others not to hire me. I have never contacted this person outside of leaving public reviews, and I have blocked all further contact. The guys did a fantastic job! They were thorough, respectful and explained the whole process. They also helped us understand the SolaceAir system and how it may help us…. Without any pressure. We will continue to have them as our service provider!
