The staff was friendly and easy to work with. They got me in the truck I wanted and gave me a fair trade on my old truck. The one problem I had on my truck the service department fixed quickly.
I would highly recommend Doug Gray to anyone! They went above and beyond to fix my Jeep after I had just bought it a few months ago from another dealership that messed it up after working on it!! Richard Day was very nice and helpful through the whole process! I couldn’t thank him enough!!

The service dept is awesome!! Had egr issue passing thru on Tuesday afternoon at 430 pm and Jennifer the service advisor got me back on the road in under a hour!! Can't thank her and the kelly the shop foreman enough!! Highly recommend these guys!
Staff was very friendly. It would be nice if the service included vacuuming the floor boards and cleaning the windows. I would pay extra for the service it it was an option.
I drove 3 hours there because they had a Ford Explorer for a price in my budget. They made sure to get me at the exact price that I wanted and Randy and Tom were amazing. From the time I was done test driving to driving off in my new car was 30 minutes or less. A week later I did hit a problem when the transmission melted, it was nothing that they could have known about before selling me the car.
