No, they never postpone my appointment How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Fairly Average Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional

Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely! Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor

Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so

Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best
