Did your provider ask holistic type questions and comment about aspects of care that might affect you outside of their specialty? I was truly amazed at the broad approach this provider took that considered so many aspects of my life outside of their specialty. Amazing!

Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid.
