They have poor organization if they get too busy. You will wait for a long time. The clinic workers have a blasé attitude. They are NOT helpful. Their attitude is rude bc they seem to be more concerned to control the schedule so they can leave on time than help your animal. There’s a better vet in DURANT. It costs less and they are polite and you aren’t waiting an hour bc the dr is on her phone. I had four dogs I took to this vet and I’ll never go back to gray. I’ve had great experiences both time I’ve came in. First time was when my older German Shepherd was bitten by a rattlesnake. The other time was when my German Shepherd puppy pinched a nerve in her neck. I’ll definitely be back
