From the moment I called, everything was professional! I need a groomer desperately! I was transferred to Katie & she was like we had been friends all her life (I’m much older). I explained I had a Ragmuffin cat, about 18 lbs worth named Penny and I couldn’t hold her to groom her. My schnauzer dog was hit Aug 19 on Hobert and taken here. She was severely injured and they tried saving her. They are really good, caring,compassionate people. Your pet ( family member) is in good hands with these people. I have a dark gray male and light gray female schnauzer that's missing. If anyone knows anything there's a reward.
