I live about 2 hours from St. Louis, so when my vehicle broke down near Gravois Auto Repair on a Sunday night, I was pretty upset. I could not be more grateful for the service I’ve received here! They had my car ready to go Monday morning, for cheaper than the original quote (which was already very reasonable!)! I’ve been dealing with the shop over the phone and they have just been fantastic. THANK YOU to Amanda & crew for making a bad situation so much better! 5 Stars!
Came in specifically saying there was a problem with the rear of my car. They fixed a part on the front of my car (that I didn’t even know was a problem) and I leave with the same problem in the rear. These people will definitely find a problem with your car and fix it, but not the problem you come in for AND STILL WANT TO CHARGE YOU FOR BOTH. Help! I was told I could unload my truck which I had towed here this evening. I have to have products and supplies in Indiana at 6 AM. Help! Two people assured me that I have access to the vehicle but it's locked in the garage. I've been here for an hour my number is 314-954-7638. Usually I love gravois auto and take my cars here all the time. Please help – best Ruth
