My experience with this roofing contractor was disappointing. The project didn’t start on time, and there were frequent delays. When the crew arrived, they seemed unorganized and rushed through the work. The final result doesn’t look professional, with visible imperfections. Cleanup was also lacking, as I found nails and debris around my property. Within a few weeks, I started noticing issues that shouldn’t happen with a new roof. I expected better service and quality for the price I paid

I've known Arturo from Gravity Shield Roofing for several years now. He did a great job on my roof, so I've recommended him for my mom's roof, and my neighbor's roof. He does a great job of thoroughly explaining everything, any issues, differences between shingles and possible heat differences, warranties, and the benefits of using vented ridge caps. Arturo has always been honest and upfront with any costs that may occur during the project so there are never any surprises. He is always a pleasure to work with.

Recently had a roof replaced by Arturo and employees. He has excellent communication to keep you informed, excellent quality of work, meets schedule and checked the work done by the solar Installers after panels replaced. I cannot recommend enough. I wish all contractors were like this.
