I've known Arturo from Gravity Shield Roofing for several years now. He did a great job on my roof, so I've recommended him for my mom's roof, and my neighbor's roof. He does a great job of thoroughly explaining everything, any issues, differences between shingles and possible heat differences, warranties, and the benefits of using vented ridge caps. Arturo has always been honest and upfront with any costs that may occur during the project so there are never any surprises. He is always a pleasure to work with.
Terrible customer service and owner barely speaks English stay far away from this company!!!
Recently had a roof replaced by Arturo and employees. He has excellent communication to keep you informed, excellent quality of work, meets schedule and checked the work done by the solar Installers after panels replaced. I cannot recommend enough. I wish all contractors were like this.
Arturo owner of Gravity Shield Roofing Company and his crew did a fine job on our home in the hills. His company is busy so it took some time before he got to us. Waited a bit for rain to start falling before I could reply ….. we have a number of skylights that I had to have waterproofed and so far so good. Arturo stayed in touch with me so I would understand when he could get to our house. Contact is important to me as I feel will be important to you! Will report back after our rain storm.
A little late but if you’re looking for a roofing company, look no further; Gravity Shield Roofing is it. My husband and I contacted three companies and went with Gravity Shield. Not only is the company licensed, insured, etc., as the others but also accredited by the Better Business Bureau, where the others weren’t. The owner, Arturo Lopez, gave us a reasonable price, he is very personable, experienced, reliable, and finished on time, just before the storms in January.
