Gravity is a great company with AMAZING customer service overall, but my rep Charlie exceeds all my expectations. I would recommend this company to anyone! The software is very practical which makes my life easier!

Their customer support has insanely quick response times as well as being very professional and courteous. Moved to Gravity Payments in June of 2015. Changeover went smoothly and we have not had one issue since the change. Very satisfied with the service and our costs for credit card processing have decreased while our sales have increased. Can't be more pleased.
This CEO deserves so much credit for what he is doing. 70k is not all that much money for workers in Seattle. Very expensive place to live
