I am extremely disappointed with the way this dealership conducts business. It has been over a month since we purchased our Tesla, and we had to make multiple trips to the dealership just to follow up on them sending the payoff check for my trade-in vehicle. The delay forced me to make and carry two auto loans at the same time. I had no choice but to continue making payments on my previous vehicle to avoid damaging my credit, all because the dealership failed to process the payoff in a timely manner. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this dealership. I was assured the vehicle was in good condition, but less than two weeks after purchasing it, I was hit with approximately $3k in repairs, the condition of the vehicle was not honestly represented.
