I purchased a vehicle last year form gravity auto and I also purchased a warranty and the warranty does not exist. I have only got the run around from these people regarding this fraudulent warranty and where my money is. Who else has had this issue with this company?

Called ahead, asked very specific and detailed questions about the vehicles condition. I drove over an hour one way. When I arrived car had 4 curbed wheels, a huge dent in the hood, and scratches all over the vehicle. The sales person only mentioned a scratch on the hood which turned out to be a huge dent. They wanted to charge me 2000 dollars more than they had the car listed for including with my trade in.
