I just moved in and I'm so enraged at everything I had to deal with moving into a new build. Items that were on the inspection sheet prior to closing were never addressed and despite trying to coordinate for an electrician to address the issue for over three weeks, the electrician never showed up on the appointed day and I was never given a reason why. As a resident, I feel compelled to suggest some of these reviews are misleading. Pros: Residents are all very kind and communal Cons: The developer has refused to address many of the residents’ needs. The list of issues is long but here are a couple noteworthy problems: - Security: Serious attention is warranted to prevent unauthorized access - Parking: Insufficient number of spaces, compact spots are too narrow, the few number of visitor spots are unmarked - Trash: Dumpster storage area near building 1 is too small, forcing... read more
Update 5/12/2024: Security continues to be an issue. Two vehicles were broken into last week. The builder agreed to address the of the security issues in December of 2023 (woohoo!) but the agreed upon corrective action was never taken. Update as of 12/1/2023: The builder continues to deny responsibility for basic warranty needs. For whatever reason, they refuse to relinquish the board to owners. They rarely respond to any form of communication but when they do, it's typically in a hostile fashion (Steve O.). Other reviews ha... read more
