I joined Graviton 6 months ago after struggling to stay consistent at a traditional gym, and the difference has been huge. The structure, great coaching, and supportive members make every workout motivating and enjoyable. It’s an excellent gym for anyone new to strength and conditioning who wants real results.
Graviton is an incredible gym! The coaches are top-notch — knowledgeable and truly invested in helping you improve. The community and environment are friendly, welcoming, and motivating, whether you're a beginner or more experienced. Graviton is such a welcoming and supportive community. The coaches are friendly and super knowledgeable. I'd recommend this type of group fitness to anyone. The workouts are great!
So, I'm a bit of an outlier - I'm [was 65] 67 years old and although I've always been athletic, I've never done any real athletic training before. Being older, I'm not as strong and don't have the endurance of many of the members and also, I'm just slower to pick things up because of my age. The staff took me on with no questions asked.
