Rented here for several months and realized rats had torn up quite a bit of our stuff, peed all over our rugs and who knows what else. There were leaks that contributed to water damage and mold on some of our wooden furniture. Informing the manager about this was pointless. She refused to do anything about it except direct us to make a claim through the insurance, which is understandable enough except for her snotty attitude that showed she clearly didn't care.
