The residence inn downtown Minneapolis is AWFUL!! The general manager Aimee Bunker and front desk agent Aretzi are rude could care less about the guest. they are a horrible first and last impression. The breakfast was non existent the place was dirty, and those aren't event the worse things. We had planned to stay 2 night s and our friends whose points he was using was going to stay 3 nights, however he got extremely ill and couldn't travel but we were already there for the game so we were keeping our room, because he didn't... read more
