Dr Allen Simms falsified my medical records for absolutely no reason. It was written in the chart that I wasn't experiencing symptoms that I had told them about. There were also examinations noted in the chart that were not done so possibly insurance fraud as well. He also told me he was referring me to another specialist and that wasn't done either. He put me on medication that I told him I did not want and did not help me at all. Wait time was also very long but I wouldn't have cared had he not been so incompetent.
