If I could give 0 I would absolutely terrible go anywhere else but here doctor was so rude and snappy and refused to listen. Going somewhere else for sure.

Dr Fee sent me home with a boot. His office never told me I had 2 weeks to return it. Figured i couldn't, got charged $300 for it. Office wouldn't work with me to try and return even though I wore it 3 times. Went back and Dr Fee's physician assistant ACTUALLY helped me. I wish I could remember her name but she deserves all the praise and credit.

Here today with my wife. Receptionist was completely rude. Kept saying she hadn’t met her out of pocket. Wanted her to pay $60 even though she kept telling her she had. When she asked if she should call her insurance provider and tried to show them her info on her app. They said it’s not going to do any good to call and we go by what we see on our screens.I said well it’s her insurance and she knows if she has and why would calling be a bad idea. I just love the staff. Very pleasant visit with Dr. John Wittaker. He's an artist with Titanium. He's down right funny as well!

It is nearly impossible to reach a live representative at this facility if you try to call in. Most voice mails are not returned. The automated system that takes incoming calls is a joke. I received good care there, but in trying to follow up with the doctor that treated me to get a refill on the medication he prescribed turned in to a huge headache.
