I would give the walk-in clinic a 5 stars for this visit if potentially contagious patients were separated from those who are not, as people do not properly mask. I was in and out in about an hour. All the staff I spoke with during my visit were very nice, including desk staff, which is not the norm anymore. Why do you only have one lab technician working on weekends. The wait is ridiculous. It’s a waste of my time and other patients as well.
I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at this clinic with APRN Shannon Spain (#3012917). From the start, I informed the front desk, the medical assistant, and then directly told Shannon about my complex health conditions and the medications I cannot take due to a heart condition. Despite this, she completely disregarded everything I explained.
