I normally consider my experience to be at least a 4 and usually a 5. My experience today was so unacceptable!. I went for a private pay massage and a copay adjustment. I was not told there had been a change in the sign in procedure and wad expected to answer all the questions for the doctor, which would take almost half of my massage time. In order to get the most time for the massage, I had to give incorrect information to get to the end of the questions.
